We work hard to keep information on this website accurate, but itineraries, prices, availability and park regulations can change. Prices shown are a guide; your written quote and booking confirmation are what apply to your booking.

3. Your booking

A contract between you and us starts when we confirm your booking in writing after receiving your deposit. The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for everyone in their group.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information for permits, flights and accommodation
Hold valid travel documents, visas and vaccination certificates
Follow the instructions of guides, rangers and drivers, and the rules of national parks
Respect local laws, customs and the communities you visit

5. Third-party services

Some services, such as lodges, flights and permits, are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. We choose suppliers carefully but are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the price of the services you booked with us. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control or by your own actions.

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Sir Kong Tours & Travel or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Uganda.
